December 11, 2017Christmas is a time for eating, drinking, and being merry. We love to catch up with family and friends and take a nap after the big feast, but with normal Christmas traditions it's easy to overload your system. During the holidays we load up on things we normally wouldn’t drink and eat. It can give you a major set back in your diet or healthy eating plan.
