Beat The Cold And Flu Season
As the winter months are coming so are the regular cold and flu… that’s if you are in the northern hemisphere. The best way to combat a cold or flu is naturally. The body has amazing natural ways to fight this regular virus.
One of the best defence systems you have is being able to regulate your temperature. The body naturally increases its temperature in order to kill off the virus; we can live with a temperature but the virus can't. But what do most people do? They reach for anything to get rid of their temperature.

Yoga, meditation and Pilates are other great ways to maintain an aligned spine. Keep away from any stress make sure you get into bed before 10 pm and allow yourself at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Take time out and relax; you will find that you are much more productive when you have given yourself time.
Eat wholesome food, not processed foods, and lots of fresh food that are high in antioxidants, such as carrots, beetroots, oranges, lemons, grapefruit, kiwi fruit, berries, kale nuts and seeds.
