It's Sunday morning, here in London, what are you going to do today?
We have many choices in our life, some choices can seem so simple and you don’t always understand how the simple choices can be the most important, getting up early, going for a jog, having a meditation, doing yoga, even though these things seem so simple they set up your mind set for the day, coming back home having a healthy breakfast of fruit or vegetable juices or porridge, these are the most important choices you have in the day, what you start your day with governs how the rest of your day will go and the rest of the choices you make. Having a clear, balanced, focused mind allows you to be in touch with your inner self and your inner voice so that the choices come from within and the choices don’t come from your reactions!
